To list the event scope internal documentation commands use ORADEBUG DOC EVENT SCOPE:

In Oracle 12.1.0.2 output is:

SQL> ORADEBUG DOC EVENT SCOPE

Event scopes in library RDBMS:

SQL[]                sql scope for RDBMS

Scope is the SQL scope for RDBMS events. It is defined using the following syntax:

[SQL:sql_id <string>]

For example:

[SQL:sql_id s1yukp05bzg6]

Multiple SQL_IDs can be specified using | as a separator. For example:

[SQL:sql_id s1yukp05bzg6 | aca4xvmz0rzup]
